Brandt Keith Crabill, 40 year old Montague resident passed away unexpectedly on February 26, 2013.
Brandt was born July 6, 1972 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He was a very active young man who was very athletically talented especially at soccer. Brandt moved with his family to the west coast and resided in Washington State and Roseburg, OR where he graduated from Roseburg High School in 1990. Brandt enjoyed working for the water district in Nebraska and Montague. He also spent time driving chip trucks, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his daughter.
Brandt had the most beautiful blue eyes, unique dimples, and a smile that would light up a room. He was a very charming, attractive young man with a kind heart. Many people will remember him by his teddy bear hugs, especially his sweetheart, Kenna. He enjoyed pheasant hunting and was a talented cook.
Brandt fought depression for years and sadly took his own life leaving his daughter, McKenna Crabill of Big Springs; his mother and step father, Vivian and Steve Johnson of Montague; his sister and family, Tanya Jo, Mitch, Mitchell and Ellie of Ohio; along with many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Brandt’s visitation will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 from 10:00 AM to Noon at Girdner Funeral Chapel. His funeral is scheduled for later that day starting at 2:00 PM also to be held at Girdner Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ron Campbell officiating.
Please send memorial contributions to your charity of choice in his honor.
